You can walk around The Wall without an account. We only collect personal data when you buy a placement.

What we collect

When you frame a product we store its name, link and logo, your display name, your optional X handle, your email, the amount you chose and your agreement to display the frame. Dodo Payments sends us the payment’s reference, status, tax and refund details. Your card and billing details go to Dodo Payments, never to us.

What is public

Your product name, link and logo, your display name, your X handle and the amount placed are shown on the wall for as long as your frame is up. Your email and payment references stay private.

Why we use it

We use this data to take your payment, publish your frame, prevent accidental double checkouts and answer support requests. We use your email only about your placement. We never sell it or add it to a mailing list.

Who processes it

Dodo Payments (payments and tax, as merchant of record), Google Firebase (our database) and our hosting provider. The room’s TV plays a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). We use no advertising or analytics trackers.

Cookies

After you start checkout we set one essential cookie, for 48 hours, so only your browser can check your order’s status. We set no other cookies.

How long we keep it

Frame details are kept while your frame is up. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law require.

Your choices

Email karthisclan@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting your public details takes your frame down. This does not trigger a refund.
